RETURNING POLICY FOR SPORTSWEAR AND ACCESSORIES
Return Terms
•Customers can request the return of their products within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition with price tags kept, and the products must be returned in their original boxes.
Conditions for refunding the financial value of the product
1. It is not possible to recover the financial value of the products whose value has been paid upon receipt, except by adding the value to the customer’s balance in his account on the site, which can be paid through when purchasing products from the site. Any future purchases will be subject to the same shipping fees and procedures if applicable.
2. In the event of payment via a credit card, the financial values paid are transferred to the same credit card that was paid when purchasing the purchases that the customer wishes to return.
3. Shipping charges, COD charges, and/or customs fees incurred will not be refunded. However, Value Added Tax (VAT) charges will be refunded when the product is returned.
4. The process of transferring funds to the credit card can be completed when the returned product arrives at our facilities (within 10 days of its return), but the appearance of the amount in the credit card statement may take 14 days, depending on the procedures of the customer"s bank.
Returns Exclusions
A range of products are excluded from the return and exchange service for health purposes, as the following products cannot be exchanged or returned: wearable technology, swimwear, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, sports bras, socks, gloves, hand bands, and bandages , insoles, towels, mats, and other similar products. Products in airtight packaging cannot be exchanged or returned.
